Unfortunately the articles being published by this outfit are really drawing a lot of attention to loads of brand new trains parked in the middle of nowhere just waiting for a "repaint".

Also one of the aerial photos shows the aftermath of a lineside fire directly opposite the sidings so maybe the rolling stock will end up burned out instead of covered in graffiti :D:D

The verbiage in the article suggests it was instigated by GA rather than speculatively by the EDP, certainly the photographer was onsite with express permission from GA security. Similarly Mike Page is a respected aviation photographer so again I guess the aerial photographs were also taken by request.

If I suspected otherwise I wouldn't have linked to them.

I wasn't having a pop at you @Steptoe - most people on this forum know about this already so posting a link doesn't change the risk. However if someone in Anglia is responsible for the article they must be out of their minds!! There are people who specialise in this kind of graffiti, travelling long distances just to get the prestige. After all what's some manky railway viaduct in central London compared to a yard filled with gleaming new trains. But then again I am reaching the age where cynicism begins to take hold :E

They have been the victim of vandalism at Dereham station a few times over the last 18 months with carriages being destroyed

Also further up the line they have been suffering vandalism on a bridge near Fakenham, the support bars keep being snapped as soon as they repair them and only this weekend a metal plaque was defaced at the same spot
