I believe Hampstead station is the deepest insofar as it is furthest down from the surface, but which tube station is furthest below sea level?

DLR platforms at Bank maybe? I know its not a tube line but its part of the Bank Monument complex, and located under the Northern & Central platforms.

There’s a spreadsheet here:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/70389/response/179967/attach/2/Station depths.xlsx?cookie_passthrough=1
Obtained from an FOI request.

The 2nd page, “rail levels” gives all the tube info, per each separate line at a station, with an average shown in the far right hand column. Please note that they are all positive heights relative to LU’s datum depth that is 100m below ordnance datum.

My reading suggests Waterloo Jubilee at 74m (ie 26m down) is lowest?

It is indeed a long way down inside the station, but Bank etc are on a small rise well above river level - on the surface it's a notable pull up from the river bank.

Daniel Silvia's diagrams provide a nice visualisation of these depths, he's taken his information from the FOI request that @swt_passenger mentions.

They're rather pretty though, worth a look!

Indeed shows that Waterloo Jubilee are the deepest platforms below sea level (26m), closely followed by Westminster Jubilee (25m) and London Bridge Jubilee (23m). Certainly seems like the absolute 'deepest' part of the network ignoring what's on top.

This is amazing! I’ve been looking for something easy to understand for the longest time. I’d seen the FOI request above bur could barely make sense of it. Thank you!
