I passed stage 1 at Plymouth a few weeks ago (yay!) and have stage 2 booked for October. The email i received just states I've passed stage 1 but doesn't tell me which level - national or enhanced. How would you go about finding out?

I also have an application with GA and am awaiting dates for the assessment days.

As far as I know, there isn't a national 'enhanced standard' - the level is set by each TOC so what might be an enhanced pass for one might not be for another. I found out that I had scores that met TPE's enhanced marks purely by chance when they asked me do re-take the group bourdon test as it was the only that didn't meet their standard.

Stage 1 is the paper based assessments which consist of the group bourdon test, the TEA-OCC test comprised of 3 parts and the TRPT test comprised of 2 parts (the passage of text and the dials test)

How did everyone do at their DMI'S? Did they give you any indication of potential courses coming up for if you passed

Just thought I would say I am still waiting to hear back, 9 weeks and a weekend after my DMI. :)

Sent another follow-up email in today, given I have left them alone for a full month at this point since my last email. If the response to this email is the same as the other two follow-ups I sent before ("Your application is still active, we can't tell you any timeframes or anything, someone will be in touch"), I'll probably ask for a HR Manager to get in touch. Waiting nine weeks when your interviewer tells you to expect a response in a week is... not a great feeling. xD

Admittedly, yes. No news is good news, as they say! :) But... I'd much rather be in the talent pool and have the potential of being on a course, rather than stuck at the stage literally right before the talent pool!

Isn't it just? I really can't believe I am so close, but so far away. I met a friend at Paddington station yesterday, and actually felt a feeling of being... unwelcome there, as opposed to my usual "I love this station" feeling. Wanted to get in and out as quick as possible. That's how this whole thing has made me feel, it's made me actually dislike being in my favourite train station!

In other news... 13:51, and I have a response from HR!
"Thank you for your email. We have no further updates, thank you for your continued patience."

Sigh...

I know exactly how you feel. I've not heard anything since my successful stage 2 assessments in May. Still awaiting my DMI date and feeling very concerned in case it coincides with my holiday! :'(

I haven't emailed HR as I gather they will likely only be able to offer a standard polite but uninformative response.

When I emailed them they said my interview had been requested, then 3 weeks later I got my date, I passed my stage 2 a week before you, so with abit of luck you will hear this week

I had an email yesterday saying I had passed and am in the talent pool for Exeter. Still can't believe it to be honest! During my interview I was told that the first available course dates were February.

Congratulations! Looks like we're in the pool together!
