according to 6/19 latest changes 20159 SN 68 AJS has become 20166 and 20166 SN 68 AJZ become 20159 however DNW AJS still carrying 20159 this month

No, there's still a cock-up, they are both still physically numbered '20159' and both DBWM & DBNW 20159 track as such.

did they get the right buses to the right depots when new as i have DBNW fleet list and queries on chassis and body numbers for the north west one

I understand the error was Wrightbus or a Wrightbus sub contractor registering two with the same registrations. Rotala senior management have checked the NW chassis details and they match the correct registration, Atherton's 20159 I believe should have also been re-numbered 20166, but as far as I am aware it is still physically numbered 20159 & is currently on the 132 tracking with that fleet number.

Something I've learned is that Atherton may not be closing entirely, but being kept open as a MOT post due to having the accredited testing facility.

Rotala are intending to retain Atherton depot premises for the foreseeable, so they may as well keep it earning, even if not as an operational base.

SK17HHC is currently at Bolton depot doing some driver familiarisation ready for the takeover in 2 weeks, when a batch of streetdecks are due. Believe HHC has been acquired

I don't think they're that interested in Arriva Bolton, they dropping out of buying Arriva Manchester back in 2017.

Vantage will be re-tendered at some point + there's potential Bus franchising in Manchester in the future etc

Been told a tenth new streetdeck is also due, coming on Tuesday. Also believe a further demo is due, whether just on loan or bought I'm not sure.

Yes on the 10th new Streetdeck. It was only agreed to be purchased yesterday.

Don't currently know anything about another demo.

Looks good when there are drivers to drive them.. Many jumped ship before Diamond officially took over. On Monday, they where 100 drivers short...

Given the poor reputation of Rotala generally, they might struggle to recruit quality drivers.
