Newhaven Harbour has a keep of the electrified tracks sign in French and Italian IIRC.

Yes, and I seem to recall that Dover Priory has (or had) the same sign in French and German.

The carriages on the international trains Ostend had stickers on the windows which meant the same in four languages:

Please don't lean out of the window.
