Hello all,
Are all Bicester North routes only avoiding London? As I have a Network Railcard I'm travelling from Westbury but am looking at the discounted price from Reading to Bicester North via London, to sample the 1721 Class 68 commuter run from Marylebone.
I try Reading to Bicester North via London Terminals and tells me it can't find any trains. I tried Slough in case I could get something calling there en-route, and it can find trains, Slough to Paddington, then double back to Reading for a Voyager, I tried it for a station much further down out of interest, and West Drayton to Bicester North send's me via London automatically.
From Reading I assume it just wants to send me the fastest route, is there a ticket valid via London or do I need to have a Westbury - Reading and Reading to Paddington ticket, then a Marylebone to Bicester North return?
Only asking as adding up Westbury to Paddington return, and Westbury - Reading and Reading - Paddington, with Network Railcard, return doesn't seem much difference in price at all.
