Could anyone let me know if the 12.48 Inverness to Edinburgh (1B31) is actually an HST, or does it change on a daily basis?

It's just that I have noticed a couple of Inverness to Edinburgh/Glasgow journeys today are operated by 2 car trains, presumably by 158s. But instead of what 170's or HST's?
