Does the shop on a class 390 normally open prior to departure from the starting station or only at or after departure time?

Meant to be open 10 (might be 15 can't remember) before departure time from the origin station.

On Manchester departures I've known it open more than 10 minutes before we leave - and also not known it open till after we've left Stockport. I guess it depends on the crew and how busy they are.
