I'm hoping to plan a trip to ride and photo some of the GWR Class 143s before they go in December. Can anyone confirm for me what normal weekday diagrams they operate?

Also when are displaced 150s likely to arrive to replace them?

Many thanks.

Just stay at Exeter St Davids for a couple of hours and all those that are out in traffic should pass through. Their work (although sometimes straying) is operating between Barnstaple, Exmouth and Paignton and mostly in pairs. The 150s are already there but some will be cascaded from long distance work to replace them which should be by the end of the year unless there is a derogation for the 143s to continue into 2020 due to late cascading over GWR

Are there no specific diagrams? I'm hoping to include a Paignton & Dartmouth Railway visit too so I don't really have the option of waiting around for hours for one to come along! I'd like to plan it a little more tightly if I can.

Stock is allocated on the morning and is never really consistent. However the 0712 EXM - PGN 2T06 and return of 0912 PGN - EXM 2F13 tends to produce a pacer.

I think the OP is referring to the booked diagrams rather daily allocations, although those could be requested on the TOPS Request Thread in the hope of a reply. The chances of a reply of this nature are virtually nil as anybody on the inside ha to be careful what they post on a public Forum. .
