Hello

I am currently in the process of making a Delay Repay claim from Transport for Wales. The form is requiring a "Number" and "Reference". Where would I find these on my ticket.

For reference - I have a Ffestiniog Round Robin on a traditional orange & cream paper ticket.

Thanks

Update on this - I have called TfW customer services and Delay Repay for a Ffestiniog Round Robin cannot be claimed online - an email must be sent to customer services.

Admin feel free to delete this thread or to leave for future reference for others.

You should be able to - there's an option for Ranger and Rover tickets on the delay repay form.

The ticket number is on the middle of the ticket - normally 5 or 6 digits. As for the reference, I just put a long number off the ticket as I couldn't find the reference on my ticket, but they accepted the delay repay within a few days.

For future reference:
If you are submitting a physical form, you don't need to enter these details (as I recall, you stick the ticket over these boxes).

If you are claiming on-line, then click on the little "?"s next to these fields, and it will show you where these can be found on various types of ticket (card, paper, etc.).

These were not working when I used the form, as confirmed by TfW over the phone

If you're on your phone, you need to tilt it to landscape for them to work. Regardless, not every ticket has those numbers on, particularly ones printed from Virgin Trains ticket machines.
