Yes, that factory is up and running. They're building trains for Northern, Transport for Wales and wmtrains.

I thought they were only building trains for Northern at the moment, then they will build trains for wmtrains, then Transport for Wales...?

I didn't say they were building them all at the same time, only that they'll be building them.

I'm happy to be corrected, but I think Newport is fitting out vehicles constructed by CAF in Spain.
