EMR short HSTs.

Hi all. I am just enquiring if anyone has the up to date diagrams for the angel owned ex grand central hsts with East Midlands Railway. I belive they wont be around much longer and I would like to sample them during the coming week. The diagrams listed on here and 125group website appear to be out of date according to the EMR timetable.
Any help much appreciated. Thanks

If you are not familiar, they have a 1st class carriage declassified to standard, in the standard part of the train. Usual red seat upholstery but obvious due to it's 2+1 seating layout. Think this is on more than 1 set now I mention it.

Is the rumour that these sets are supposed to be going off lease soon. I know it sounds a little far fetched as the rumour was end of August.

Given the number of stored HST trailers at the moment, why haven't they been made up to full length?

I think the original reasoning suggested in this forum was that they could better maintain 222 timings left as short sets.

I think it was more to do with the fact that the carriages were converted from loco hauled Mark 3s so you couldn’t just add ex HST carriages without doing a lot of work to them and if you added more loco hauled they’d have had to be adapted the same as the original GC ones had to be.

The locomotive hauled coaches were converted to HST trailers - they have quite happily inserted former GWR 402xx HST buffet coaches into the formations.

well they operate diagrams when I have been on them where there is not the demand for those extra seats, so you would be paying hire charges for seats that are empty and earning nothing, so why bother...
