64 plates , theres not many of them , kind like bridge to the B5TLs are they not?

As per what i said above:
The 64 plates are the original Gemini 3 body using the "Wright Millennium" design that the MK1 and MK2 are based on, however on the original MK3 there was major changes to the interior design along with shallower upper deck windows. Around a year later Wright came out with a facelifted version ditching the Millennium design known as the "Stealth".

Lack of Wright logo was previous managements style choice. It was thought to be sleeker. But the nee management like having all the right logos in all the right places. So all of Lothians Gemini's, Gemini 2's (And Gemini 3's between 2014-2015). Arrived badgeless OR these were removed shortly after arrival.

Shouldn't that be "all the wright logos in all the wright places"?..

Sorry i couldn't resist.

Which leads me to wonder why the latest Gemini bodywork hasn't been dubbed Gemini 4 & Eclipse 4, given they are rather different from older models.

The Gemini 3 MK2 is the same as the MK1 but with a completely different front wich is the only difference

only rear difference of the 2 geminis is the rear middle window shape

The rear structure is slightly different, and the section between the windows is a different shape. I agree, it should be two different generations between the Gemini 3 Classic and Gemini 3 facelift.

The front structure is also completely different so it should be two different generations.

Probably more to do with the atrocious bulld quality of their recent products.

The 18 plate Gemini 3s at Central are awful buses, and I absolutely hate driving them.
Most buses have at least some good things about them, but with those I'm struggling to find anything at all.

i use them all the time and the build quality is like a 10 year old used glue to build it, all the seats and poles rattle every slight bump. still quite like them though

It's the way they felt like they were ready to fall to bits when brand new that really got me.
They've only done 50-60k miles but feel like they've done at least 10 times that.

At least some of them also have the lovely feature of permanently blowing hot air into the cab through vents on the floor that can't be closed or turned off.

Only 3 55 plate B7s are out today 703-705, 707, 708, 734 & 738 all not in service today and it would appear probobly withdrawn. only 706, 737 & 747 out for the 55 plates

The 44 has nothing newer than an 11 plate on it today. On Saturday it had 13 vehicles that were 15 plate or newer. Bear in mind Lothian are operating a Saturday service today.

Would be very interesting to know how they decide to allocate vehicles on a day to day basis.

Once again showing complete disregard for the majority of their customers. Who’s actually got the day off today? I only know of the schools. They claim there’s a reduction in usage but whenever I see buses on these days they’re absolutely rammed full.

Interesting to note LCB operating a normal weekday service and ECB a School holiday weekday service....
I don't get bank holidays....they are just added to my holiday entitlement
