MKC - Flixton/Chassen Road/Urmston routing question

Moorning,

A very quick one:

Is a standard return ticket between the station listed above valid via Manchester? I think i am being stupid but cant find the answer in the guide! I can only find validity via Warrington.

Yes - Manchester Group passes the fares check as a destination routeing point for all three destinations. That gets you routes via Manchester on map MA and map combination MA+NR

As another sanity check, NRE will show a route via Manchester on a through fare if you put it in as a via point (if NRE says it's OK, it de-facto is). I suspect the reason it doesn't show this by default is that it throws in an extra change, as services that serve those stations don't generally go past Oxford Road (they are all primarily served by the Liverpool-MCO stopper DMU).
