I don’t think this qualifies (it certainly doesn’t now) or would have qualified, but it was close.

Before 2000 two tiny sections of dual carriageway in central London were classed as motorways. The Westway (last section of the A40 before central London) and West Cross Route (A40 to Shepherd’s Bush) were the A40(M) and M41 respectively. The West London line passes right next to the WCR (ex M41) and underneath its junction with the Westway (ex-A40M). I don’t know if the roundabout junction counts (counted) as two motorways, but it was close. And if it did count it’s probably the shortest crossing you’d have found.

I'm not sure if these are close enough

Southampton to Romsey services pass under the M27 just south of Southampton Parkway and under the M3 between Eastleigh and Chandlers Ford.

Southampton to Brighton services pass under the M27 between Portchester and Cosham and under the A3(M) between Cosham and Bedhampton.

As does the Calder Valley line near Castleton
That's just the M62 at that point, the M60 orbital motorway is about four miles away from there and crosses the Rochdale line just east of Moston station.

Yeah you’re right, I guess it’s just the interpretation of “close”

................... aware that the A601(M) used to be part of the M6 but was given its own number when the M6 was extended north of Lancaster.

Even that's not clear cut.........the junction of the A601M with the A6 is actually numbered as M6 J35A, making the A601M a bit schizophrenic in identity. The single carriageway motorway between J35 and Kellet road clearly is the A601M, but the dual carriageway to J35A is ambiguous.
And as an afterthought.........is there another single carriageway numbered motorway in the country??

Other than the odd junction number, I recall the start of Motorway restrictions sign at 35A does indeed say A601(M).

Though one might argue that the junction numbering on the A601(M) simply arbitratily starts at 35A!

Technically is the A38(M) a single carriage way with a "phantom" separation down the middle.

There used to be (until about 10 years ago) the A6144(M) Carrington Spur, now downgraded.

There's also a single carriageway motorway leading off the M61/M65 roundabout at Bamber Bridge...but unnumbered (or at least formally being part of the M61 or M65)

Talking of the A38(M), the Cross city line from Birmingham to Lichfield passes under the A38(M) just before heading under various slip roads and the main carriageway of the M6 around j6 between Aston & Gravelly Hill.
