Does anyone have the full set of 365 diagrams when in service with Connex SE and later South Eastern Trains? I know they primarily served the Victoria to Ramsgate/Dover fasts via Chatham (1tph) but am unsure if they went on other mainline routes or even metro services. I recall reading that at least one diagram at some point went via Tonbridge but have no clue what service that one was.

Did they continue with the mainline roles up to 2004 when the 375s gradually came into service or were they displaced to more local work by the end of their South Eastern use?

Finally did they ever operate in 12-car formations in service?

Entirely from memory, initially they worked Charing Cross to Margate via Maidstone East and Canterbury West (departing Charing Cross at XX06), and Victoria to Ramsgate via Faversham, mainly the fast services (ISTR departing Vic at XX05). This is only a rough outline, as it wasn’t uncommon for slammers to appear on both services. In the case of the Maidstone route they were always in 4-car formation off-peak at least, whilst on the Faversham route they tended to be 8-car.

At some point there was a change, and the Victoria to Ramsgate service was changed to run essentially half-hourly, with trains splitting at Faversham with a Dover portion. At this time I think the 365s came off the Ashford route and were concentrated on Victoria to Ramsgate/Dover, where they essentially remained until transfer to WAGN.

Having said all that, they certainly appeared at Cannon Street, and I believe at some point their diagrams included the odd trip onto metro work, ISTR on the Dartford lines.

Can’t answer the question about 12 cars, but I think due to the lack of SDO this would be unlikely.

I remember first time on a 365, Ashford to Sevenoaks and I was surprised to see that a payphone was installed, this was a week after I had bought my first mobile phone, sod's law.
