Anyone know where the railway viaduct is that appears in the opening credits of BBC North West Tonight (regional news programme)?

Similarly after the ITV regional news programme for the North West, there's often a clip of a TPE (?) train whizzing through the countryside. Anyone know where that was filmed?

This came up a couple or so years ago, if it's the class 66 you mean then I think someone advised it was crossing Whalley viaduct. I haven't seen the ITV one so unable to help with that.
