It certainly looks like the Dart Valley, although the former Devon Belle observation car is featured in the video, which was based on the Torbay and Dartmouth line as a rule.
Both lines were owned by the same company back then, so maybe they transferred the coach over, or perhaps it was there anyway at the time?

Some great hair on that video...

Thanks for the confirmation - this was 1972 so the Kingswear line was still part of the BR network.

Sally Carr was a babe :wub:
