Which journey planner do you tend to use? On my phone I use the trainline app as its one of the most user friendly but I haven't got a desktop favourite as NRE seems to get increasingly buggy and slow on a daily basis...

I was asked to do a website survey on there a few weeks back which was a great opportunity to provide lots of feedback so hopefully a website renovation is in the pipeline. Honestly not having the opportunity to click a button to reverse journeys I find highly frustrating.

You could to try fastjp. It's certainly better than the NR journey planner.

Yes, Fastjp best for me too. I still use the NR website for live departures but find it incredibly annoying as on my phone it often defaults to the journey planner page even when you click on the "live departures" link.
