Travelling on 208 today Ipswich to Cambridge. Maybe my last on this 170 .
As I said before it is missing TOC vinyls

I've seen the photo of 170207 at Chepstow now :p And a few of the first 3 170s in Cardiff Canton Sidings!

I don't suppose we can read too much into it. 008 has been debranded for a few weeks now, and unless I've missed the news, hasn't transferred yet.

It looks like they're long-ish term waiting in a "spare" platform (not familiar with that station or the area)

Unless there is a route on RTT I'd say the two 170s are probably waiting there short-term, IE, october through to November, I'm assuming they'll be on their way by the end of November.

The other two car 170 remaining in East Anglia (170271) is also unbranded but on East Suffolk duties this afternoon.

well, when I was at 170207's first arrival at Cardiff, a member of staff did say that Greater Anglia surely could've ran a multi-unit train, seeing as they already had 6 755s

thanks :) what other 170s than 170271 are with GA but unbranded...? 170206 and 170273 I know, any others...?

I've seen people on FB saying TfW want to use the 170s on the Western valley but am I correct in saying they can't due to Treff Estate issues with 23m units?
