Problems today (7 Nov) on SWML.

For some reason, up trains on the SWML are being delayed for 20 mins. approx. starting around New Milton. The guard on the 0902 ex Poole has just annnounced that that train will be fast from Basingstoke to Waterloo and that Clapham Junction is closed.
Anybody here know what is going on please.
