Hi

i applied for PSA Dlr, i passed the 1st stage and later on passed the screening stage.
i was invited to do a situational judgement test.
Did the situational judgement test two days ago. and got the response.

Thank you for participating in the assessments for the Passenger Service Agent position with KeolisAmey Docklands.
Regrettably, you did not meet the benchmark set in the assessments and we will not be able to progress your application.

i got to say all the questions had nothing to do with customer service, few that were if you would put safety 1st or not, most of them were how you would deal with problems at work, if one team member is criticising you, if you were denied bonus what would you do, if somebody asked you to work for free, what would you do, your manager is not doing his job, and telling him so will get you fired what would you do. if you were sick and called in to work, what would you do.

on top of that the options they give you are all terrible and confusing. and you cant just pick one, you have to rank them according to your 1st choice to your second and then your third fourth,
the test was 25 questions long, 70 minutes to complete, that makes 2.8 minutes per questions, huge scenarios, i am very very fluent in my English and a careful reader, was able to do 23 in time, even though you cant see the timer.
despite of being 11 years in customers service last 6 years as a manager, dealt with the most horrible possible scenarios with customers or with staff and safety critical situations with the most calm and coolest mindset, i gave the answers to the best of my knowledge and on the balance of work life and safety.
i failed.!!

if anyone has succeeded in this test, please do elaborate what can be done differently.
would be highly appreciated.

as there is no Feedback provided, i just cant get my head around what i need to do differently next time.

please if someone can can help and advice.
