Oh Ok, don’t worry about it too much though. You’ve passed the assessments which is the main thing, your assessment scores will last for 5 years from now
Thats fantastic news, that they are valid for 5 years. Not sure how many positions are available but there was 15 in the same session as me, not sure about afternoon numbers.

Even if for some reason they can’t offer you a position this time round, they’ll still offer you a position when one becomes available if you’re successful at interview. I had my interview approximately this time last year and it wasn’t too difficult, started off with ‘what do you know about the company’, and then your standard questions such as ‘name a time you gave excellent customer service’, ‘name a time you dealt with an emergency’, and ‘name a time when you had to concentrate on something for a long time’. They’ll also explain a little bit more about the role, and they’ll ask if you want to ask them any questions about anything

There is plenty to get focused on, and I will start my preperations early, will learn the routes, stations, transition points etc, I am excited about this opportunity and will continue to give it everything, thanks to everyone here so far, its proving to be a great community and people are always happy to help, I will be able to pass on help to others at some point in the future

Sorry to hear this my friend. Make sure you email recruitment and ask for interview feedback, hopefully you can find out how to improve. Remember that Senior Conductor is a job that the company advertises for pretty regularly, so I’m sure you’ll have another opportunity in the near future. Remember that you’ve passed all of the tests, so next time you’ll just go straight to the interview

I have emailed recruitment at WMT asking for interview feedback, I am currently applying for a dispatcher based at snow hill, as it’s an opportunity to start my rail career, the block is on for 6 months for any conductor roles but other posts can be applied for, onwards and upwards

Evening everyone, I recently applied for a trainee conductor role with WMT , having competed 2/3 paper tests Oct 2018 , I have received a email with a link to some online tests. The previous time, I never had to do online tests so my questions are just what should I be expecting before I click the link as am sure it would be a one time only sitting. I wasn’t expecting any online tests, so any help with what could be around that corner would be greatly appreciated. thanks all

Have you completed the tests? If so how did you find it
