Ok, so what you're after is locos with streamlined structure and total absence of visible accessories (pumps, generators...) around the boiler. Several european designs can match that : SNCB types 1 and 12, SNCF 232 R, S, & U... In USA too, like pennsy S1 & T1 and many others.

Prestige locos? Most services had more simple loco designs practicle for the every day local or freight service.
