Hi all,
Have had to log 3 delay repay requests over the last month.
The ones for GWR and WestMids Rail which were submitted in the last week have both been resolved and the requisite money on the way back to me in cash and RTVs successfully.
The other one with CrossCountry - which was submitted the earliest has fallen outside the 20 day window with no response or update since I first raised the request via the standard “thanks for your request” email.
Are they always this slow and what could I possibly do to sort it in good time?
