They recruited a year or so ago for various locations. I applied but never heard anything regarding it, not sure if anybody else did?

Colas have recruited a number of times and I've can't remember reading of one single person on the forum that has said they have got an interview, let alone a job with them. I've applied twice and got a 'thanks for applying, you'll hear from us' email, but have never heard back!
