Hi,

You always get asked at the end of the interview if you have any questions, i believe this can get yiu extra 'points'.

What do you guys think are good questions, I'm looking for thinking outside the box questions as I already work for the company and know when I'd start.

Thanks

I asked about potential progression and I asked my interviewers if they enjoyed working on the railway

Years ago now but I asked 'If I am successful , which I very much hope I will be, when should I expect to start ?' And received a lovely smile from the female interviewer

I normally ask about progression, potentional start date and what a typical day is like. Altho now that I'm thinking, the last question is all on the job description but it's never caused me any issue when I've asked.

it's a question they ask you. They tell you the start date and i wouldn't want to progress past a driver. cheers though

Most important for me would be do they have any questions following on from your answers that they may need expanding on? Gives you the opportunity to fill any gaps left during the interview.
