Australia drains into the India, Pacific and Southern oceans, so I'd say somewhere in the middle of Australia?

Somewhere in the Andes? Brian Fawcett recounts the tale of a Naval officer who insisted a train be stopped at the summit in Galera tunnel on the Central Railway of Peru so he could say that he took a leak into both Atlantic and Pacific oceans at the same time

I was looking for Snow Dome in British Columbia. Water drains to the Arctic, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

The USA claims Triple Divide Peak as the apex, but that is based on Hudson’s Bay bring part of the Arctic Ocean; the Canadians seem to disagree, and, to me, the map supports them.

Water falling on Snow Dome's summit may flow into streams that drain into the Pacific Ocean (via the Bush and Columbia rivers; via the Athabasca River to the Arctic Ocean or the Atlantic via the North Saskatchewan River.

I think @xotGD had enough. Your floor.

OK - I think the answer is "Excluded Middle". The Laws of Identity, Non-Contradiction and Excluded Middle are the three "Laws of Thought" said to have originated with Plato, developed by Aristotle and further expanded by philosophers in the Middle Ages. On a quick read of the Wikipedia article I can see what they are getting at, but ….. maybe @DaleCooper can explain further. Otherwise Google "Laws of Thought" and take it from there!

If that's right then open floor as I am travelling today.

"Excluded middle" is the correct answer. The three laws are also known as the "logical absolutes" hence the hint. I'm not qualified to explain them, I'd probably just mislead you if I tried.

Open floor...

1. The Victorian pioneer of detective and suspense stories was born in London, 1824.
2. An American singer, the survivor of two boys, was born in Tupelo, 1935.
3. A Welsh singer was born in Cardiff, 1937.
4. The Supreme Leader of an Asian country was born today in 1986.

Can you name them?
