Mine was as follows
Generally first round of assessments are all paper ones , I.e bourbon test , personality questionnaire, basic fault finding the final test is split into 3 parts , first part you have to count the low tone bleeps , ignoring the higher bleeps , second part you have to match, matching symbols I.e two circles , two triangles etc. Third part you have to do both the above together.
If you pass these then you get invited to another day of assessments, these are usually computer based, around 4-5 tests.
Examples of some of these are , watching a grey square which flashes , when it changes colour you push a button , this goes on for 30 mins. Another one is hand eye co-ordination.
Big difference on day two is that you will get sent home after each test if you dont reach the mark.
When I done mine I had my MMi on the same day.
Pass the above you then have your DMI ( line manager interview)
Pass that conditional job offer , medical , DBS check ( not all companies do this ) , references
