I have seen this train on the Doncaster Railcam, and despite a lot of googling, I cannot seem to figure out why 37401 is bringing Greater Anglia Mk3s from Neville Hill to Norwich Crown Point, or what exactly Greater Anglia Mk3s are doing at Neville Hill. If you wonderful people could enlighten me that would be great.

Believe they're just there for regular maintenance. Crown Point doesn't have the room/capacity to do this with the introduction of the FLIRTs, so it's been sent to Neville Hill who do have the capacity (especially since LNER HST services have stopped)

Of course Neville Hill has extensive Mark 3 knowledge (it was the first depot to maintain Mark 3s, after all) and is also an Abellio depot. All in all a very sensible move.

Would there be anything stopping a 37 from working Mk3s in service? Has it ever happened?
