If I wanted to feedback my appreciation to particular train crew, what would be the best way of doing that after the event?
Would an email to the TOC be passed down to the right people?
It's EMR if that makes a difference, they did a brilliant job this evening when it all went to pot.

Twitter is the most public way, but an email i.to customer services is easy to pass on.

I'll email them. For some reason didn't say thanks to the guard as I got into the rail replacement taxi. Probably because I was weighing up whether or not to ask him if he was ok (he was obviously a bit shook up for a while and I heard him say as much whilst he was on the phone to control), and did that British thing of ending up saying nothing as a result.
