are the interview and the tests on the same day?Interview then tests
Have any of you already passed the psychometric tests?
this for newcastle?just spoken to the woman who rang from HR. If you’ve already passed this test then you are essentially front of the queue as they have vacancies to fill in March from what I was told. Not enough time for me to do my test I was told. Been told there are other vacancies coming up and that they still want to interview me, just don’t know when yet.
Yes it isthis for newcastle?

Hey everyone.
I have my interview soon for one of the Driver roles.
I'm entirely new to this sector (although I made my account in 2016, I never applied and ended up working in education for the past 4 years!)
Does anyone have any advice for the interview please? Any curve-ball questions that I might be asked?
Cheers for any help or advice, and good luck to everyone applying.
JRE.

Thanks. Are there any situations which I should be thinking about in particular? ‘Headings’ if you like, such as teamwork, etc?follow all the info they send you & prepare your situational answers and you shouldn’t go far wrong for interviews.
testing at Doncaster is another thing all together.
good luck - you’ve made it this far & not many do.
It’s for Manchester, NR.Which depot is your application for if you don’t mind me asking?

Use any form of experience you have - does not have to be work related - use the STAR technique & you can’t really go wrong. Don’t waffle though - keep it concise but plenty of detail.Hi All,
I know this question has been asked multiple times but I’d like more information about the MMI.
I am an office worker who has little to none operation experience. I am about to sit my stage two assessments which includes the MMI.
I have been reading a lot of the posts on the forums, and a lot of the example answers for the MMI questions are based on operational related jobs.
Does anyone have any advice as to how I can prepare? What examples I can use as an office worker?
In addition, I have completed various CPD courses but nothing over the span of two weeks. Therefore, for the question - ‘describe a time you’ve been on a training course for two weeks?’ Can I just state I am a graduate with top honours and I did it over 3 years and expand on that?
Thanks!
