It's only trial in 100 of 900 Spoons at the minute.

WholeFoods Markets in the USA makes it easy to eat sensibly and healthy. You have to pay for it though.
Wow your in the States Tech, nice one, not been out there for over 20 years now, enjoy.
There's a fair bit of chatter in there too about the progress of my latest health improvement scheme, which I'm happy to report has been tested again despite putting a bloody huge tick next to one bit of already. Just one more bit to conquer before I move on to the next challenge.
All 6 days of LA are up at techsworldfrenzy.wordpress.com and Day 1 of Kraków is too. Main event of this bit of the trip tomorrow, then finish up some bits and bobs before the flight home on Friday evening. Train day on Saturday in London!
Aside from missing your mate all day, it sounds like you had a good trip around the Midlands. With through services to/from London out of Rugeley Trent Valley these days (via Birmingham) it's almost all 350s on the Cannock route now. I'm informed there's a 323 turn on there some time, although I've forgotten what turn it's on.
That XC train manager sounds like she's had one too many dodgers on her train and took it out on you a bit there.
Now the other way round. Some of the Brummie units heading to the north west.Im not sure whats happening to the 323`s now, at first our Manchester ones were suppose to be going to the West Midlands,
I've no idea on what's happening to the 323s either, I think the 319s are going first now? I can't keep track of what's going on, even though I'm browsing this forum almost every day.
Mind you it doesn't really help that I'm constantly planning my next big World Frenzy trip. The next one is short and takes another item off my Bucket List, but the final three items are going to take some serious effort. And they're proving much more expensive than I thought they would be, not to mention hardly any of the final bits of my Bucket List are getting done in the order they were originally intended.
But I'll cover that in more detail during the next World Frenzy trip report, due out in 2 months and 1 day's time!

No I get a bit confused with the state of play these days. Your world trips sound good Tech, I have Czech and Poland a week on Saturday and then Morocco in May so far
Oh nice, you're going to have a good time over there for sure, and I'm definitely looking forward to the read of that trip when it's done I'm not sure how long the offer's on for, but Żabka stores have a promotion on their hot drinks between 6am and 10am currently. 2,99zl for a small hot drink, and at this time of year that's definitely quite handy!
Morocco I've yet to find something that appeals to me, which applies to all of Africa to be fair.
Sounds like you'll be well away, for sure. I've had a spin on the rails this afternoon for a change, two more GWR 800s in the book. Now we're getting more of the 5-car sets up here at the moment I'll have a chance to score stuff on my local line again!
That said, I got my new planespotting book today, and started by filling in the BA stuff. It occured to me that BA fly a fair bit into and out of Gatwick, which would probably explain why I still need so many of the short-haul craft. Cue the need to get down there ASAP!
Seems weird to hear of people Pacer bashing in 2020 outside the South Wales Valleys!
I can only imagine the racket that 60 must have made!
Oh naturally, 68s just sound incredible. I did a Pacer farewell trip with Kite159 some months back in the Valleys, with the expectation of course that they would be going soon. Which has yet to happen, so I might have to do another farewell trip on them, but I would need a good motivator to go to Cardiff. Not many of those, and it's an expensive trip on the trains, I mean for the money I can go to London and back...
It's crazy. I can travel Exeter to Birmingham on NatEx for £9 single but Birmingham to Carlisle is £87 single
