The payment page is an iFrame pointing to Global Payments. It's a fairly common practice because we never get to see your payment information. Do you have any security software that may be blocking third party iFrames?
Edit: just to confirm, it comes up fine on Firefox on my system. Anyone else?

Works as expected on Firefox running on Mac os 10.15.3 for me.
Random, off-topic reply: i<Thing> (e.g. iPhone or iPad) is an Apple branding thing. They didn't invent inline frames so it would be more correct to call them IFRAMEs or iframes.
