Why would there be dark blue on a 365?

Just passed through Crewe and spotted several 365s parked in the sidings:

[Picture shows three class 365s parked behind two 321s in a set of sidings]

Looking at the one furthest to the right, it appears that livery has darker blue doors and a black cab roof, while the others have a white cab roof and retain the light blue doors from Great Northern.

Any idea why this might be?

Those with the dark blue doors are the units leased to ScotRail to cover for the class 385 issues.

Not related to the Class 365s but I've been meaning to ask: which Class 321/322s have Northern withdrawn so far? Looks like two of their units in storage there at Crewe. Wikipedia claims all eight units are still in service, presumably it hasn't been updated.
