BBC Casualty - Central West Link?

Wasn't sure where to post this, but on Saturday 15th February there was an episode of Casualty on BBC One that featured a train at 'Holby Central' station which looked like a Class 73 and Mk3 coaching stock in a faux Central West Link livery heading to London Paddington according to the screen that was shown.

Any ideas where this was filmed as the station furniture seems to be in Arriva Trains Wales/Trênau Arriva Cymru real.

Dunno what the station is but those are definitely Mark 2, not Mark 3, carriages

I think those photos in particular (the ones at the top of the page) where from a previous episode. IIRC a pair of teenagers were jumping across carriages. But that's really nitpicking from me there!

That was a good episode as well, though! I may have spent the entire time trying to work out everything about the coaching stock, though...
