Glasgow central - carlisle off peak time restrictions

hello

Could someone be kind enough to tell me the earliest the return leg (i.e. From carlisle to Glasgow) of an off peak return can be used on a weekday? Pointing to evidence would be a great help!

The restriction is 0900 in both directions for this. So any train timed to depart after this is permitted.

As you ask for evidence, here it is (however, the cheaper VIA DUMFRIES ticket has an 0915 restriction).

Thank you both for your inf. this is what has been suggested to me, though I had the strong belief that there was no restriction on the return leg. A recent change? Me being rubbish?
