Hi all,

I attended the assessment day in Derby back in the summer and passed stage 1 but completely fluffed the video interview. I froze and knew as soon as i'd finished it that I was out. Can anyone give me their advice on how to improve in this area? Also how did you answer the two questions? This was my first ever application to a TOC and I have learnt a lot thanks to finding this website.

I keep reading people saying 'good luck in 6 months' on the thread in response to people who were also unsuccessful in the process. Do EMR recruit every year at the same time? Are they definitely recruiting again next year? I thought the summer process was to fill up the new depot at Kettering and so assumed that a similar recruitment drive would be rare.

March 3rd start is apparently the last course scheduled for Kettering. The depot will be up to full compliment then.

I assume no ones had any updates in the last 4 weeks or so?

Anyone on here on the October 19 or Jan 20 course? How you getting on?

I know EMR are busy recruiting Depot drivers at the moment. I assume there will be courses running for those this year.
