The 12:15 Leeds to Kings Cross has a pantograph problem and is blocking the lines south of Wakefield.

No ETA from the conductor of the 12:45 to the Cross on how long this delay will last.

I wonder if these pantograph issues are all related?

I've been on two Azuma and a 331 this week that have been cancelled and removed from service due to photograph issues.

No Pantograph issue at all, no train fault..
Was plastic on the overheads, ahead of the train.

Nothing to do with pantograph so you can take this one of your “list of problems this week”

Was on the 12:45 too. Conductor definitely said (wind-blown) ‘bag on pantograph of train ahead’. Got off and caught Northern to Wakefield Kirkgate instead.

I didn’t hear that announcement. When I asked him what the delay was he just said the train in front had pantograph problems.

Which I guess is correct, even if a bag was the main culprit.

LNER need to stop short forming these services. We were full and standing after Doncaster.
