LNER app update

I received an email from LNER last week mentioning that support for the Travel Buddy app is ending, and to follow the link to update the app.

I clicked on the link for the App Store, with the LNER entry being top of the list which had the Open button to the right. However, I cannot get the app to update at all.

The phone I have is the iPhone 5c running iS 10.3.3 of that is of any help or not.

The newest version of the app requires iOS 11.3 or later, so that would explain why you can't update.
