Guard Waterloo 45m commute time question

Hi there. I've had two pre-assessment centre knockbacks for this one and I was wondering whether it was simply due to my location.

I live 40-45 minutes away by public transport in the daytime and 40 minutes away by car in the early hours. Here is criteria:

Applicants travelling time to the station must not exceed 45 minutes. Please note check travelling time from home postcode to London Waterloo station for a 04.30 start and 16:30 start. If you do not currently live within 45 minutes travelling time but would be willing to relocate if successful please include this in your application.

Do you think I'm good to apply for a third time?

They will use google maps to check it , haven't got anything to loose
