Who has a wikipedia account here on this forum? I ask this because I think now that there are no operational 333's I think its time for some photos to be added to the wikipedia page of a 333 in the white livery and with the refreshed interior. What does everyone else think

I have a wikipedia account, only issue is that I don't have any refurbed 333 images that I've taken myself.

I also have a Wikipedia account (I suppose me and @Entertexthere will be fighting over the edit :D). I don't have any photos of them either, but somebody could allow a photo to be used on the article, although they might have to upload it to Wikimedia first.

@Entertexthere @Doomotron I have a good exterior photo that I can let you use and upload to wikimedia or I'll upload it first and let you one of you two change it

That's a good picture, although ideally it should be cropped a bit so it's mostly the train. The photo can only be uploaded to Wikimedia if it is my own work, so you'll need to crop and upload it yourself, and then it can be added to the article.

The other problem is that its apperantly a ZIP file too which wikimedia don't accept? What files do they accept and how can I convert a file

I've never uploaded a file to it, so I wouldn't know what files they accept. @Entertexthere might know. If your photo is a ZIP file, that means that it has been 'packaged' in a file (essentially a folder) with the original file inside; when you download photos in bulk, the app might pre-package them. If you right-click on the ZIP there should be something that says 'extract' or 'unzip' - on Windows I know these options are in the ribbon (the bar at the top of File Explorer) in one of the tabs.

From what I've seen, the recommended files for photos are SVG, PNG, and JPEG.

do I need any programs for that or can I do it without. The photo in question is a screenshot from a video I took which might make it harder

Can you send me us a screenshot of what you see?

A ZIP file can be extracted in File Explorer:
zip1.PNG
Click on a ZIP file (the symbol won't be the same). You should be able to double-click it to open it, but if not right-click and select Open.
zip2.PNG
This is what is inside this ZIP file of mine. It is a compressed format so you won't see any photo previews. On the ribbon (the menu at the top), you'll find Compressed Folder Tools, and inside of it, you can click Extract All and this will open a box.
zip3.PNG
By default, it will create a new folder with the same name as the ZIP file, but you can select any folder you want for the photos to go to.

That's funny because the file in question appears to be unzipped (albeit the file is an extract from a video I shot) so that could be where the problem is from.

Should I try zipping it and un-zipping it?

I think one of them has been used as a Christmas Tree (I.e. for spares) due to serious corrosion, although I’m not sure if it might have been put back together again.
