Chalfont and Latimer, used to have one every half hour, (the Chesham shuttle), but now one a week on a Sunday night, comes down from Chesham in service then does a Rusty Rail move empty to Amersham.

If we are including LUL.

Jubilee Line Canons Park, trains on/off Stanmore Sidings
Central Line Ruislip Gardens, trains on/off West Ruislip

Does Huntingdon still have an early morning starting service?
Not these days.

Grantham, briefly had an early morning working to Kings Cross, but no return terminator. It was an extension of a Peterborough - Kings Cross service; however, it's been extended further over the last couple of years to Newark Northgate (ECS from Doncaster), then Doncaster and now runs as 1Y00 - 04:40 York - Kings Cross.

Inverkeithing gets a single terminating service a week from Edinburgh on Sundays

An interesting story about this one I should add - I was told by an old guard that this last train on a Sunday night which terminates at Inverkeithing was historically for people in the navy to get to Rosyth (Dockyard) from the south! Presumably the service would have reversed at Inverkeithing and then made its way along the now mothballed dockyard line, with the current day service changing ends at Inverkeithing Central Junction and heading back to Haymarket depot via Waverley

Inverkeithing now also gets 2 extra terminators on Monday-Friday with the covid-19 timetable, 2150 from Edinburgh via Dunfermline then Kirkcaldy, and a 2200 Doing the fife circle In the opposite direction.. both are booked for the 68 hauled service with mk2s, apparently DRS would not waive off the hire fees even though the sets aren’t need at the moment, so scotrail decided they’d run them at 10 night.. It shouldn’t not go mentioned that both sets have run completely empty, devoid of pax, all the way round the circle
