Williams Rail Review to be published before 21 July 2020

According to RAIL (Issue 902 p.16) the Williams Rail Review will be published before summer recess which is due to take place on the 21 July 2020.

Apparently the review is being finalised and written into a White Paper

Edit: Duh...dictated by summer recess, obviously. I'll see myself out.

Think that may well have been overtaken by recent events.

Agreed - it is possible there may not be a true summer recess this year if Covid is still full blown.
