Hi everyone,
so I have completed all the tests the mmi and dmi for the TOC that I had applied for and all have been successful, the last email I received stated when a position in my area becomes available I will be contacted.
So am I right in thinking that the next step will be a medical and hopefully signing a contract to start my training??

It sounds like the position you applied for was to be in a so called "talent pool", which means you are correct, once there are positions available, they'll bring in people from the talent pool to have their medicals, and then onto contract signing and training. Might be a bit of a wait, few weeks, months, even over a year, don't be surprised. However, congratulations

That should be the case. And if they decide not to employ you , or forget you , you can take the results elsewhere and only do the dmi again.

Yes, although it sounds as if you’ve been placed in a pool, so be prepared for a lengthy wait.

Congrats on passing the psychometrics and DMI though, these are big hurdles completed!

As others have said, it looks like you're in a talent pool. Unfortunately, it could be a very long wait.

Yes, it's pending medical and signing of contract. And don't forget a criminal record check, too!

Hi. Can I ask how did you find the tests and interviews? Any hard questions? How did you prepare? What is work experience? Sorry, many questions if you don't mind. Thanx :)
