Are there any semaphore signals left on overhead electrified routes? I have this vague recollection of there being a box and semaphores in Willesden Yard in the 1980s, but can’t recall others. For this discussion Block signalling with colour lights such as at Stockport does not count.

If none are left when was the last one decommissioned?

Just north of Dunblane the semaphore signal on the up line protecting the trailing crossover is positioned next to the electrified down line... nearly satisfies the OP's proposition :D

Unless I've missed something recently changing, then Willeseden carriage shed north and south boxes (both actually in wembley depot (not yard)) still have some semaphores, (they are mostly shunt disks, but a few in each box are full size)

Fouldubs Junction in Grangemouth retained its semaphores and actually got a new one when electrified. Other than this and the Dunblane example, I can’t think of any others in Scotland.

There may still be a few between Ely North Jn and Kings Lynn

*Fairly* sure there's still one at King's Lynn Jn, though I'm not sure it's alongside an electrified track.

There are a few 'miniature' arms at Peterborough Eastfield Yard

Prior to the opening of Yoker IECC in 1989, many of the platform starters at the North Clyde termini were semaphore.
