Octopus - Flexible Tariff - current cost?

Hello,

We’re (my mum) is currently on a flexible tariff with Octopus at the moment. She’s reluctant to give me any details about the tariff etc but I’m only after the cost of energy per kilowatt so I can make sure that the rate OhMe are using in their car charging app is accurate so I know roughly how much it is costing to charge my car.

Long story short - could you please share what your cost is per kilowatt hour of energy if you are with Octopus on their flexible tariff?

It works on a mobile too.

If you have an EV, you should consider the Octopus Go Tariff - very cheap overnight rate. The day rate may be higher, but will not take too many kWh to offset it. The flexible tariff will likely increase in October too, whereas Go will be fixed for at least a year. https://octopus.energy/go/

Yeah, my mum isn’t having any of it. So unless I could somehow get the go tariff added to it additionally, it’ll stay as flexible for the time being.

Same as mine for my shack up north.
Just for comparison whilst logged in: my Jan 2021 Octopus bill was 17.43p/kWh -Standing Charge 23.22p/day
