Well, here we go again, another year...

Hopefully this year we aren't going to have any loss of opportunity to get out there and get any unbashed track marked off in your atlases!

Meanwhile, this thread is being laid and fettled ready to be used at linespeed from tomorrow.

Covered to get a 455 in and the Southern service to Milton Keynes before its withdrawal in the May timetable. The latter a really interesting bit of track connecting mainlines.

I've not travelled the last section from Ebbw Vale Parkway to Town and may have a few days in the area next month. Anyone know if the cabin lift at Ebbw Vale Town is operating regularly as I've read it often breaks down.
