Portsmouth Direct Line & Class 455/9 problem

Hi,

Every time I try to run a scenario or free roam on the Portsmouth Direct route with the Class 455 the following screen appears:

My PC specs are as follows:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 (2 x 2.4ghz)
2gb DDR2 RAM
ATi Radeon X1600SE (running the latest ATi Legacy Drivers)
Windows XP MC05 (SP2)
22" Samsung T220HD monitor

RW is setup with everything on the lowest settings and at 1280x1024 or 1600x1000 windowed resolution, both the same result.

I've verified the integrity of the files several times now using Steam, all coming back 100% ok.

Here is a log from LogMes when I tried to run the 15 min SWT 455 scenario, any ideas how to fix the errors?

I used to get the black screen on Oxford-Paddington but I could fix it instantly by just pressing 1, which takes you back into the drivers cab.

I've tried that but because the screen is frozen, as in I can't do anything except close the window down.

I do have the Portsmouth extension but not the 455 - however I experienced exactly the same problem with the Padd-Oxford scenario that came free with AP's Valenta sound pack - twice I tried it and twice got that screen plus the noise that tells you your programmes crashed. Came out of RW and a box was there saying 'something bad happened in your program etc'.

I really enjoy playing the game but its annoyingly 'buggy' isn't it?

I decided to buy the 455 add on tonight....

I tried the 2 SWT scenarios...I forget the names, but the daytime one where you end up in Haslemere I managed OK, but I made a right mess of the other one where you have to take the train to the sidings....ended up driving away from Guildford so gave up!
I do like the train, nice accelaration, much better than the 450.
One other thing - the second scenario I mentioned, it said to look out for track workers and acknowledge them, so I blew the horn and on the debrief it was marked down as improper horn use! Make your mind up, game!
