Come on guys; I've been away for 2 weeks and you all failed to beat me! If you look carefully the name boards appear large enough to have two lines of text, which matches Newton St Cyres.

If the floor is still open in 60 minutes I will claim it; otherwise, it's available as indicated previously.

Actually, sod that. Open regardless. Who wants to go next? :p

Well done that man, it is Newton St Cyres -home of the Beer Engine pub:))

Ah, The Beer Engine. I spent some nice nights there.

A couple of years after that I worked in a pub in Hertfordshire and a customer came in who I hadn't seen before. Whilst he was there he complimented the beer and said it was almost as nice as the beer that they brewed in his local pub.

I said "would that be the Beer Engine in Newton St Cyres?" and he couldn't believe how I'd picked the right pub.

It was a bit of a lucky guess on my part as the only other pubs I knew that made their own beer were the Firkin ones.

I'm calling Ivo's bluff.

Oh, turns out that was retracted.

Well, I'm still calling it.

It - it can't be! It can't be...!

Not Southend East?! Argh!!!!! I used that less than two weeks ago! <(

I knew I recognised it! My first thought was of a similar looking station we had before which was I believe was Ashwell & Morden...

Calling my bluff is right!

At least I know I'm not in this picture. My visit on the 19th was my first - and it was dark when I arrived. Also, for some bizarre reasons there are no ticket barriers...

I'll pass this time. Although I intend to be up at midnight, I don't to be up much later than that.

Open floor. See if I can get three in a row! :p

Oh yeah ;)

But there is a mild clue in the pic if the rolling stock is considered.

Looks very similar to HHL, but it ain't. Different country.

This bit of the route is infact single line.

Another clue: the (very tidy) platform is made of wooden planks.

Some stations in Greater Manchester had a green and red colour scheme for a time I seem to recall. Could it be a side entrance to Rose Hill? I've been there once but didn't leave the station (I think I left the unit, but I'm not even sure on that).

Little bit like rose hill, but it isn't.

It is however electrified ;)

I see no overheads so we must be in third rail land. There is no yellow, which suggests we probably aren't on Mersyside, so we are on the Southern. Belmont?

Those are same colours I saw at Shanklin station, and the mild traction reference was the Glasgow underground vs the 1938 stock on Island Line.;)

I quite literally checked every electrified station in Glasgow on Stations Made Easy to get that, it wasn't as easy as I made it look... :p

Is that an electrification mast in the background I wonder. I think it is. The colour scheme looks almost SPT and there is a OMO mirror at the end of the platform. Alexandria?

That might've been misleading, it's not quite that close.

North Clyde, rather than Argyle.
